How to root LG G3 S

New rooting method for LG G3 S, the new phone from LG, the South Korean company specialized in electronic products, mobile phones, and petrochemical products production. We already know many of its features and specifications , among which are its 5.0 inches with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels at a pixel density of 294 ppi, IPS LCD technology Multitouch, equivalent to a large screen for a mini version and proper to this resolution; incorporates a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Quad-core 1.2 GHz, which means that this is a smartphone with an acceptable processor, 1.2 GHz as the equivalent to a high amplitude wave, while the four processor cores provide a high capacity to process, it can performs in a given time four times more processes than a single-core processor; it has a RAM of 1024 MB and a memory storage of 8 GB, while half of its older brother memory, expandable up via microSD, memory storage is equivalent to the hard disk when compared in terms of PC; is also accompanied by a 2540 mAh battery, very strong; 8 megapixels rear camera and 4160 x 3120 pixels with autofocus, LED flash and geo tagging and a front camera of 1.3 megapixels; incorporates the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, comes with card slot for mircoSIM, has dimensions of 137.7 x 69.6 x 10.3 mm and weighs 134 g. The LG G3 S is definitely a good little brother of the LG G3, being its screen (although 0.5 inches lower) one of its peaks when compared to other competing models.

How to root LG G3 S

Directions

1. Download the PurpleDrake software on the phone, available from the link “Download sources”.

2. Make sure the phone is in ADB mode (Verizon users need to be in “Internet”/”Ethernet” mode).

3. Slide down to the download section to get the file.

4.1. Instructions for Linux:

4.1.1. Extract the file you downloaded: tar xvf ~/Downloads/PurpleDrake-Lite_VERSION.tar.gz

4.1.2. Make the application executable and run it: cd PurpleDrake-Lite
chmod +x purpledrake_linux.sh
./purpledrake_linux.sh

4.2. Instructions for OSX:  

4.2.1. Extract the file you downloaded.

4.2.2. Double-click “purpledrake_osx”.

4.3. Instructions for Windows:  

4.3.1. Extract the file you downloaded.

4.3.2. Double-click “purpledrake_windows”

5. The application will guide you through all the steps you need to get to complete the process.

6. Download and install the application SuperSU.
