Steps of the method:
1.- Download Driver MT65xx_USB
2.- Unzip MT65xx_USB_Driver.
3.- Connect your device to your computer’s port.
4.- Install Driver, Right-click the device name which was detected and select update driver software. This will launch the Hardware Update Wizard
5.- Locate the USB driver folder that you unzipped and click next.
6.- Put your phone on USB Debugging mode (activate checkbox on Settings>Development options>USB debugging or Settings>Applications>Development>USB debugging).
7.- Alternative, you can download the PDAnet or Generic Adb Driver
8.- Download root package and unzip.
9.- Double click the RunMe.bat and follow instructions!.
10.- If you want to check if you are already root or superuser in your Android phone or tablet you can download HowToRoot app from Google Play Store and click over the padlock in the top-right of the screen. It will show you a message about if your device is rooted or not.
11.- Android USB Drivers app
Remember, you must root your device at your own risk.

This rooting method is compatible with MTK6589 devices running on Jelly Bean (Android 4.1 and 4.2)
