Android M will be presented at Google I/O 2015
The Google I/O 2015 (28 and 29 May) has given the official schedule of events, and has been a surprise between all of them. For a few minutes they have slipped a little leaked, a session presenting the next version of the operating system called Android M.
It said “Android for Work Update”, but now the information note has been deleted, there they would talk about their latest operating system, the Android M. It seems that the event has been crept by mistake and Google want to heat up the atmosphere by filtering this before the keynote.
The keynote in which Android M would be presented with the news of Google Play, Google+, Maps, Drive and other products will be on May 28 at 9:30 am PDT, and the event of Android M was intended for 14:30 PM GMT at 28A. However, it seems that this news about Android has been a slight gaffe, they have not been slow to update the information on the agenda, and that session has disappeared. Well, blunder, or maybe something done on purpose, who knows.
Android will update to M. As it is known, seems pretty clear that Google will show us something of the new Android M, the new version of Android, logically whose full name is still a mystery, though of course, speculation in this regard are not missing: Android Muffin, Android Mint, etc. Soon we’ll know.
If we try to remember what happened last year, Android L was presented during the Google I/O 2014, just one year ago, and as you can see, only 10% of the Android devices have been updated to Lollipop; if we expect something similar, it wil take time and we will have some news soon, but not last. A few months ago Reuters reported that the next version of Android would go seriously for the conquest of infotainment systems in cars.
