How to root Samsung Galaxy Gear

Directions

1. Install Samsung’s official ADB drivers (you will find the link in “Download sources” at the end of this article).

2. Download Cydia Impactor.

3. Go to the device’ settings and enable ADB.

4. Plug in the device and allow all drivers to be installed.

5. Unzip the Cydia Impactor file you downloaded in step 2.

6. Run Cydia Impactor file in the folder where you just unzipped it.

7. Use the default “# drop SuperSU su to /system/xbin/su“.

8. Click “Start“.

9. When the process is complete, the device will still look normal, but now you can enjoy it completely.
